Our delivery service is available across Bangladesh through trusted courier and delivery partners.

Delivery Coverage

BikolpoLife delivers products to customers all over Bangladesh. Customers can order from Dhaka, Chattogram, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barishal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and other districts.

Delivery time and courier charge may vary depending on the customer’s location, product type, package weight, and courier availability.

Delivery Time

We try our best to process and deliver every order as quickly as possible.

Inside Dhaka City: Delivery may take 1 to 3 working days after order confirmation.

Outside Dhaka: Delivery may take 3 to 5 working days after order confirmation.

Remote Areas: Delivery may take extra time depending on courier service availability.

Delivery time may change due to public holidays, weather conditions, courier delays, stock availability, or other unavoidable situations.

Delivery Charge

Delivery charge will be added during checkout or confirmed by our customer support team before dispatch.

Inside Dhaka: Delivery charge may start from 70 TK.

Outside Dhaka: Delivery charge may start from 130 TK.

For large, heavy, liquid, glass-bottle, combo, or bulk orders, delivery charge may vary depending on product weight and courier rules.

Order Confirmation Process

After placing an order on BikolpoLife, our team may contact you by phone, SMS, WhatsApp, or email to confirm the order details.

Your order will be processed after confirmation. Please provide the correct name, phone number, full delivery address, and product information during checkout to avoid delivery delays.

Payment Method

BikolpoLife may offer different payment options such as Cash on Delivery, Mobile Financial Service, Bank Payment, or Online Payment depending on order type and delivery location.

For selected products, bulk orders, or outside Dhaka delivery, advance payment may be required to confirm the order.

Product Packaging

We carefully pack every product before dispatch. Food items such as spices, oils, ghee, pickles, nuts, seeds, dry foods, and powders are packed with extra care to help maintain quality and freshness during delivery.

Liquid or glass-bottle products may require special packaging, and delivery charge may vary depending on the courier policy.

Receiving Your Order

Customers are requested to check the package condition during delivery. If the package looks damaged, leaked, broken, or opened, please inform our customer support team as soon as possible.

After receiving the parcel, we recommend making an opening video before unpacking the product. This helps us verify any delivery-related issue quickly.

Damaged or Missing Product

If you receive a damaged, leaked, wrong, or missing product, please contact BikolpoLife customer support within 24 hours of delivery.

To process the complaint, customers may need to provide:

Product photo
Parcel photo
Opening video
Delivery invoice or courier receipt

Without proper proof, BikolpoLife may not be able to approve replacement, return, or refund requests.

Stock Availability

All orders are subject to product availability. If any ordered product is out of stock, BikolpoLife will contact the customer and may offer a replacement, delay the order with customer approval, or refund the paid amount.

Customer Responsibility

Customers must provide accurate delivery information while placing an order. BikolpoLife will not be responsible for failed delivery, delayed delivery, or wrong delivery caused by incorrect phone number, incomplete address, unreachable phone, or customer unavailability.

If a customer refuses to receive a confirmed order without a valid reason, future orders may require advance payment.

Courier Delay

BikolpoLife works with trusted delivery partners, but courier delays may happen due to traffic, weather, location issues, public holidays, strikes, natural disasters, or other unexpected reasons.

We always try to support customers and follow up with the courier partner until the parcel is delivered.
